This friendly club has around 35 members from Burton Dassett and surrounding villages. It meets at Knightcote Village Hall at 7.30 on the second Monday of the month from September to May (with the exception of December when there is no meeting). The January meeting is a social event at a local pub or restaurant.

The Club also organises one or two evening visits to local gardens in the early summer and in recent years has additionally arranged a longer day trip to a garden further afield. These have included RHS Wisley, Highgrove and Barnsdale gardens.

Annual Club membership costs £10 and this covers 6 or 7 evening meetings with a speaker. Another membership benefit is a 10% discount card for use at Farnborough Nurseries.

The club is a not for profit organisation and the Committee’s aim is to secure the best possible speakers that available funds allow. Any surplus from subscriptions is used to subsidise the Christmas meal or trips.
